Affidavit of Medical Diet, signed and minted by the Public Health Care Center that issues it and they must state the length of pregnancy that the pregnant woman has 26 weeks or more.

Cuban and foreigner citizens who are permanent residents in Cuba over 17 years old and who meet the requirements established by law, resolutions 41- 42 /2013 (regulating the approved activities and their scope) and 33/ 2014 (regulating activities related to the renting of housing, premises and spaces), the three approved by the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, may carry out self-employment.

To process a diet must be presented:
- Food Product Notebook
- Form No.12 Affidavit of Medical Diet, duly signed and minted by the Public Health Care Center that issues it.
- The renewal of the medical diet may be processed by the consumer on any day of the month in which the current diet expires.

The letter of request for the release of the agency, with the corresponding foundation and the letter of acceptance of the body to which it is proposed to transfer the graduate is presented to the Provincial Labor Office.

In the case of the Graduates of Technician of Upper Middle Level who are assigned to the organisms of the Central Administration of the State or their entities of national subordination, only the provincial Delegate of the organism can be issued the letter of release, for those who have that structure, or the Director of the Company when not.

In Annex 2 of Resolution 8 of 2013 of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, the procedure for the processing of changes in work location of recent graduates of middle and higher level technician is established and it is necessary to specify the terms for said process:

The Registration in the Office can be processed by any consumer, whether or not it is a component of the family nucleus. In the cases of Consumer Discharge, including that of the Head of Nucleus, the procedure will always be carried out by a component of the family nucleus, which will be demonstrated through the presentation of the Identity Card of the person appearing and the Book for Food Products of the nucleus where the procedure is going to be carried out.

The fulfillment of social service is established in Law 116/2015, Labour Code and Decree 326 and the change of employment location of graduates in Social Service in Resolution 8/2013 of the Ministry of Labour and Social Security.

The social service consists in the fulfilment of the duty of the graduates of daytime courses, who attain the knowledge at the higher level and technical professional level of education, to put them in the function of society in accordance with the planning and priorities of economic and social development.
